Data Deletion Instructions
If you signed up or logged in to DogSportPlanet using a third-party account (such as Google), you can request deletion of your DogSportPlanet account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Disconnecting DogSportPlanet from that provider's account settings does not automatically delete your DogSportPlanet account — please also follow the steps below.
To request deletion: email us at k9ringsports@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account (or tell us the email/display name on the account if you signed up via a social provider), and ask us to delete your account.
We'll delete your account information (email, password hash, and any linked social sign-in identifiers) within 30 days of your request. Competition results, rankings, and pedigree information you contributed or that are linked to a claimed handler/dog profile may be retained, since they reflect historical public sporting records rather than personal account data — but we'll remove your personal association with them (e.g. unclaim the profile) on request.
